Q. Would I still be able to order my child’s photographs after the deadline date has passed?
A. Yes we can still process all late orders and deliver them to your door. All you need to do is quote the reference number from your order form when contacting us.
Q. I have lost my order form, how can I order my child’s photographs?

Q. My partner and I are now separated how can I order my own copy of my child’s photograph?
A. If you contact the school to ask for your child’s reference number from their reference sheets we can send you an order form.
Q. Can my children be photographed as a family?
A. Yes we can take an individual photograph as well as a family one as long as it has been arranged with your child’s school beforehand.
Q. How long will it take to receive my photographs?
A. It usually takes 14 days from receipt of order but we endeavour to despatch all orders as soon as possible.
Q. My photographs have arrived and they are damaged/missing, how can I solve this problem?
A. We can replace your photographs as soon as you let us know about the problem by contacting us on 01295 250 812 or email us at: info@tspc.biz

Q. Is there a fee for an auto-install CD?
A. No we provide the CD as a complimentary service but if you are a Sims.net user we purchase the required licence file on your behalf from Capita in order for the CD to populate your database automatically. If a license is required, the fee is deducted from your commission.
Q. How easy is it for our school to import our pupils’ images onto our database?
A. It is extremely straightforward we guide you through the process with step-by-step instructions.

A. Yes all our photographers have CRB enhanced level disclosure and are trained to the highest standard.
Q. Is there a charge for staff portraits to be taken?
A. No we are happy to take all your staff portraits on the same day as your pupils’ portraits.
